I would also add patient predispositions factors to AEFI causes , such immunodeficiency or autoimmune disorder.

Hello Sir, what is the difference between predisposing factors related to the drug and predisposing factors related to the patient ? Can you give some exemples ? Thank you

Predisposing factors related to patients include medical, familial/ personal history etc., while the predisposing factors related to medicine include the pharmacological profile of the drug eg.,contraindications special precautions etc
