Shorts still work really great for me on my second channel. I mean, I am just small content creator and I work really hard (I also use a little bit of fame- ster, but that's a necessity nowadays). I just give all my videos small initial boost, and that caused them to spread literally everywhere, bringing more and more organic views day after day.

Jack I'm really looking forward to your next video. I check in every day to see if there's anything new. I've also come to a stark new realization, and that is that it apparently makes sense on RUclips Shorts to take a very old RUclips channel that you've had for several years, on which you've already built up a history and use the RUclips channel regularly just to watch videos. I haven't uploaded anything there for years and with the 1st short I uploaded to it I directly made +150 subscriptions and 7k views in one day. My goal now is to upload a video there every day to see how it looks in 3 months of constant uploading.

I have a question, for my past few shorts they start getting pushed out to new people(non-subscribers) and when it reaches 400-500 views it stops pushing unlike my shorts before you can check.

Ive been trying a method, and i could ask for a rating on how im doing currently, im making shorts, editing them good, but im seeing bad results, the niche is gym, which is a good niche, i dont know why some of my videos dont perform good. You have mentioned many times that shorts can take up to 30 days to take off. Has this been the case for only new channels? I wonder if account validation is part of why your shorts didn't do much at first then went off like wildfire after a month.
I have been a youtube user since about the beginning of youtube. I only started posting videos, all of which are shorts, in the last 3 weeks. I am averaging between 1k - 10k views on my shorts, a few higher and a few lower. I plan on continuing to make videos and improve my skills with each.
Knowing my account is older and trusted already, would you think it's fair to say these numbers are what I should expect my current shorts to stay at or do you think existing shorts getting 10k views in their first week or two have a chance to take off in a month?
