I just left the high-pressure job which left me feeling empty and exhausted. I will tell you that nothing is better for recovery from this than spending time by yourself. I parked my car in front of some open natural space with lots of trees and Hills and turned on this healing music, put my seat back close my eyes and just let go. Within about 90 minutes I felt rejuvenated. It will take some to heal the damage that's been done. Try this, it works and it will help you recover.

this is so so beautiful. I can't describe this longing for peace within me, I just sat down to meditate to these frequencies and smth inside me opened up, words were coming out of my mouth I didn't intentionally speak and I was connecting to my higher self, to the energy and universe around me. there's just so much beauty and peace in each and everyone and listening to these frequencies was really healing. I always wanna come back to that safe space within me, where I am loved and protected and from deep in my heart I wish for everyone to experience the same.
I don't know who needs to hear this right now but remember that you did everything you could in that situation, its not your fault. Me puse a escuchar esta música de fondo porque estaba teniendo un día complicado en el trabajo. Todo lo que tenia planeado cambia antes de que empiece mi turno y de repente mi humor cambia. Esta musica de fondo mientras trabajo me ayudo a sacar lo mejor de mi aún cuando el dia no fue exactamente como lo planeaba. Eso se llama antifragilidad.

I'm sick with covid, I started listening to this while I rested and slept...before I layed down my temp was 102.8. After listening to this for a just an hour, my fever went down to 100.2. No intervention of medicine. Just the soft flow of music. We will see what tomorrow brings. I'm on day 2 of having this...well that the symptoms appeared. I'll be listening all night, even while I'm asleep. I'll check back and keep you updated.
