ഇത് സ്റ്റേറ്റ് ഗവണ്മെന്റിന്റെ വീഴ്ചയാണ്. അല്ലാതെ കേന്ദ്രത്തിന്റെയല്ല. ആദ്യമേതന്നെ സൈന്യതിനെ ആ വശ്യപ്പെട്ടിരുന്നെങ്കിൽ എത്ര നന്നായിരുന്നു.

So it is beyond doubt the delay neglect or overconfidence on the part of the local authorities. So it is an alert to all state authorities to act urgently and seek the help of the central govt without any ego...
