dude I wanna have a tokyo ghoul physical manga- I've read it and was the best add Ishida's art style my ideal lmao. But it's really worth it
i have vol. 1 and vol .2 and they are amazing i would so recommend you buying it the art is beautiful :)
@Oikawa's Trashcan same. In November I decided to get Tokyo Ghoul 1, Toilet Bound 1, and Death Note 1, I was gonna start getting the series I like the most so then i got tokyo ghoul 2 and toilet bound 2 and for christmas i got 3&4 of toilet bound from my grandma 😁💖
I reccomend his art books then, it has full masterpieces he has made, I have 2 of them and they are some of my most treasured books
I'm waiting 7 more years till I get my 💳 so that I can FINALLY buy all the mangas I want with my money- 🤣

You could ask your parents/guardians for a teen checking account! I have one at Wells Fargo which I had opened for me when I was thirteen. You can purchase things online! Your guardians will need to help set it up, but afterwards, it’s all worth it! :) just a suggestion
And then you’ll need to find space to put them all, that is what is going to be costly >
Just be careful and don't be careless, especially with a credit card. You can rack up a lot of debt and if you can't pay it off, your credit score can be ruined for life (which is a big deal). Just be mindful of that and spend accordingly ^-^
I find the manga I want, I save up chore money, I ask my parents for it, they buy it and I give them my chore money, it ends up being that I buy it with my own money!

It’s really sad that amazon has bad book packaging when they started with selling books. And I hate yellowed manga so much
yeah amazon definitely has a lot of room to grow with their books packaging! and yeah :( the yellowing used to bother me a lot, but now it doesn't bother me too bad as long as all the books in the same series has the same yellowness

I buy most of my manga at the book store, they have so many different ones and also there is a shop near me who sells second hand mangas for 3-5 €. My bank account is definitely suffering since I started collecting.
I have unfortunately started to collect manga late ( I will keep collecting, its addicting ). I am finding that the first volumes of most of my favorite series are usually the hardest to find. I really want to collect Mirai Nikki ( even though it was discontinued after volume 8 ) and HxH but it is just so difficult to still find volumes for good prices. I guess patience is the game now. I am super hype though for October 20, the Tokyo Ghoul: RE box set comes out.

Monster is an awesome series, I had a few things I couldn't un-see after making some jokes. One of the characters made me think of Wilford Brimley, you know, from the Liberty Medical commercials "Diabeetus" lol so, whenever I read his parts in the manga, my brain does it in his voice.

Lovely haul!! For each Japanese series you get, I'd love it if you could flip through a couple pages so I could know if it has furigana or not :) otherwise, this video was very satisfying and makes me want to buy more manga haha

Crazy/beautiful haul there. I know the struggles of dealing with Amazon and it sucks. I've replaced/refunded probably hundreds of times. I get that smudge stuff like you had on Beastars here and there and I only recall seeing it with Viz's signature volumes.

Just a suggestion. Rightstufanime is a website I buy from and all the volumes I get are in mint condition
@@SlodBox I buy from them a lot also and still get damages. The big problem nowadays is waiting months and not getting orders from them.

Good haul. I would recommend instead of buying the Hunter x Hunter manga, just get the blu rays or dvds. Togashi’s art at points is not good and the manga is text heavy. The anime looks great and the music is good too. That’s personally what I would recommend. I actually own all the manga and 5 of 7 of the blu rays, the other 2 ones r out of stock on rightstuff that’s why I haven’t gotten them yet. I am actually at some point planning on selling my HxH manga 1-32. Once I have all the anime, I know I won’t ever pick up and read volumes 1-32 so at some point I’m going to sell them. If u don’t like anime than that’s your prerogative but I would definitely recommend the anime over the manga more

Hey! I recommend collecting Bloom Into You, it's only 8 volumes and I suggest you collect the japanese volumes as well :>
They seemed to have stored the Haikyuu Mangas upside down, the yellowness is normal for mangas thanks to sun and exposure to air. most Mangas are printed onto cheap paper, resembles paper used for News Papers, that kind of paper gets yellow over time and you can´t do anything against it. My orginal Narutos are extremly yellow even after being stored airtight and in the dark for years.

Okay so this series is I think 13 volumes but it's really good I see it all the time in bookstores. Deathnote I love it, so so much.

Have you sanded your comics down before? How did it go?
Yes! I tried it very briefly on my super super yellow books! It actually went pretty well, it didn't return all the way to "new" condition since mine were incredibly yellow. But it got rid of the top layer of yellowing, which made it look so much better! It's pretty easy as well, it only took me a couple minutes to sand down 1 book. I would be more cautious of the edges and spines of the books, because I sanded too hard near the spine, and it kind of bent/split the spine. Besides that, everything went well! :)

I get a ton of my manga from the online app mercari and eBay! But those are only good for used manga. For new, I go to rightstuf anime online :)

This first deluxe to a Berserk collects the first 3 volumes (the black swordsman arc). Unfortunately, that arc is considered the weakest arc and is NOTHING like the series is moving forward. But, everything after that first deluxe is a masterpiece I promise.
i bought 1-10 and 32 of hxh for $70 on offerup but i want to sell em cause i dont think ill buy the rest

Haha this is definitely me!! My mother is fluent and she teaches me sometimes, so I can read about 15% of the words for now haha! But even so, I love collecting them because they look so nice and cute :,))
