They actually put some effort into the remaster, like adding shadows to traffic cars and friendly cop cars (HP2010 didn't have them). Also, the car mirrors now cast shadows onto the bodywork.
But they still could have improved upon it like improved global illumination, headlight shadows, shadows cast from street lamps, Ray Traced reflections, RT shadows, and RT global illumination to name a few.
Overall, it's a good game but a questionable remaster.
