The chorus being "yeah thats WE" is to rhyme with the word BE in the next line but also the grammar isn't actually wrong. It does make sense it's just not very common. I also agree that Camila seeing herself on stage form the crowd was like herself envisioning herself being a kpop idol and then herself finally making it. I also agree with another person's comment that Kaylee was getting a glimpse of the future in the dance practice and it threw her off of the dance because she saw her group on stage finally after all the practice
The grammar is wrong but that's not a problem. Writers can break the rules of languages when it makes sense, and in this case, it's for the sake of the words' musicality. Poets do that every so often.
@@bukojoetheslapsoils8273 Exactly xD Grammar doesn't have to be perfect in songs, and honestly the slightly uncommon grammar in that line makes it all the more memorable and catchy
I think that at minute 2:32 Kaylee was not observing her teammates as rivals or remembering A2K but rather she has a "vision" of the future of the things they will achieve and she is surprised
Kaylee seemed confused because if you haven’t noticed the mv was kinda of two realities coming together, that’s why Kaylee looked at Savannah and saw her in the stage and then you can see in Lexi’s rap how Kendall is recording them in the stage but then it goes back to the dance practice room
I love this girls since the start i dont know about kpop But when i saw kg and kaylee i watch it till the end and now im a fan 😂 Ty for the comment and reaction
🎉 I've followed their growth since the first A2K episode, so I'm another "proud parent" VLIGHT. 💃🏻 I also liked this song and found the theme, instruments, and vocals to be nicely cohesive together. The production value was high quality without being too over the top with the special effects or costumes. 🎶 4 pre-release songs did feel a little too much for me too. I would have stuck with Y.O.Universe, and then Ready For the World. Overall I like their three newest songs the most: Ready for the World, Girls of the Year, & XO Call Me. I liked Y.O.Universe the most out of their SeVit release.
no girl! the refence of the video is not like competition! Kaylee is watching Savanna on stage! she is like; "What i'm watching?" and she is confuce, also, I really want to see this girls performing on Mnet or #MBCKpop
Thank you, yes! So many have commented that, so I definitely get it now lol. Also I'd love that too! Y.O.Universe was great to see them perform, and I can imagine the energy they'd have with Girls of the Year!
The weird thing about debuting idols at a young age through the SK way is that it only makes you think it’s “wrong” when there are child actors from the age of 2 and up in American media. Like it always makes me think about that after people say “I question debuting girls younger than 16.” I feel like the idol path and actor path is similar but the idol path is more exposed.
I don't agree with having child actors that young either. The entertainment industry as a whole, no matter where it is, is not good for kids imo. I would suggest watching Alyson Stoner's "Dear Hollywood" series or reading Jennette McCurdy 's book to learn more.
Having said that, I do think that JYPE is a safe company for younger idols, as far as we've seen. They don't seem to s3xualize them as much as other companies.
I really enjoyed your reaction to Vcha. I guess you are into JYP groups. I'd like you to consider Red Velvet. They are one of the biggest girl groups, especially known for their vocals. If you are curious, I recommend Psycho which is very well known, and Killing Voice on Red Velvet, which is recorded live and covers some of their hits. You won't regret.
NiziU. Okay,, now I'm interested in tagging along. 🤩 Oh sorry, back to topic. VCHA's debut is actually pretty good. The chorus is really catchy, their voices sounded great, and the MV captures the "What if?" to "Destiny fulfilled" scenario really well. And Camilla's stare really burns right through you. 🔥🔥🔥
I enjoyed the reaction. I would've agreed about the pre-release issue, if the songs released weren't just 'official' versions of the songs we heard during the show.
Agreed about the disadvantages of too much pre-release activity. I was certainly rooting for these kids, especially because I enjoy when labels take a chance on new concepts (in this case, inviting the Western Hemisphere to the party!), but my expectations were modest. I can now say they have exceeded my expectations! Keep up the good work, kids, you’re making skeptics take a second look!
Can someone explain to me why this music that talks about competition attracts viewers? I understand the looks, the cuteness. How does this music vibe? What are we getting out of it other than minding their business? I don’t understand this music at all.
It's not about competition. The song is about how people can make their dreams come true (fans turning into artists in this case). You can see the girls practicing and even attending concerts as normal people, but then they see visions of themselves becoming artists, which is their dream. That's what is attractive because most kpop fans (or music listeners) have at least once wished or thought about the idea of becoming a music artist themselves, but possibilities are so little that we forget about that dream and never persue it. In case that you don't know VCHA's story, all of the members used to be just K-pop fans. Previously, some of them had participated in shows like The Voice or had released their own music, but none of them had reached relevant success in the music industry. However, after winning A2K (a survival show), now they're closer to becoming the artists they dreamed of becoming. That's what makes me stan them. Kpop made me discover my passion for singing, but there were no opportunities to become a singer in my country and Korean companies would not accept non-Asian trainees when I was younger, so I had zero chances to make my dream come true, but VCHA's debut demonstrates that even if our dreams seem silly and unachievable, they can come true sometimes.
I agree with @Kenneth_MJ. It's more about seeing their dreams come true! I personally think their music is a little juvenile, for me, but I love that there is such a range in K-Pop now. From VCHA to (G)I-dle, there's something for everyone nowadays.
@@Panorama-memory of course competition is not a bad thing. Praises is good to Olympic competitors too. My question is why this story in a music video attracts viewers? What kind of trend is this? I assume this music suppose to make people feel better or at least relate to. If so, does all viewers feel like girl of the year and experienced dance competitions like this? Why do people listen to this? Just because the girl next to you says this is good music doesn’t mean you should listen to it unconditionally. This is how this music looks like so far.

Yes youre right
YES!
“Yeah that’s we” is actually grammatically correct in the way it’s sung. It’s just that it’s very old school grammar that is not commonly used today.
