1/2tsp Salt
70-80gm Coriander Leaves
1 Fist Ginger
4-5 Green Chilli
1/4 Cup Water
350gm Curd
150gm Milk Cream
30-40ml Water
1tbsp Cooking Oil
2tsp Chaat Masala
2tsp Garam Masala
1.5tsp Dry Fenugreek Powder
1tsp Black & White Pepper
1/4 Cup Cooking Oil
1tbsp White Vinegar
1/2tsp Salt
3tbsp Cooking Oil
2 Green Cardamom
3 Cloves
1/2 Cup Boiled Water
1 Pinch Garam Masala
