Thank you so much! I’ve didn’t most of the day on the phone with Ring and reviewing instructions, neither of which made sense. I was about to return my device until I saw your video. While, I’m grateful for your guidance, I would not recommend this device as it is so difficult to install.

this was the only video I saw that showed you had to remove and attach the mounting bracket to the back of the camera for a wall mount. Thank you!

I purchased the Ring dual wall mount to mount the camera and the solar panel to one mount. Would your instructions apply to that mount?
