I only got into VCT in 2022, and it was sad to see this team I heard about so much not being able to play on the international stage again. This time they have split up through franchising, and it's not going to be the same. Though Chronicle has still proved to be the best, winning 2 international trophies so far.
Gambit produced best of the best cluthes in valorant, undoubtedly the best team and the individual skills of players like Nats, chronicle, and Sheydos were truly amazing I still remember the final against Envy, Gambit said they didn't had strat for heaven, so the consecutively had gone to A site for 12 rounds straight Honestly missing gambit a lot!
Gambit is the first pro team i support. Seeing my supported team's downfall because of the war was the saddest thing . But we have one more important thing that really made their downfall. Actually, every team started to know M3C (Gambit) better. Gambit won the Berlin VCT and nAts played the key role to lead them to victories. He lurked, gained tons of informations and was ready to kill anyone who tried to catch his lurk with his insane aim. That's why in that tournament we were impossible to see nAts bottom frag because no one could counter him. But in later tournaments, other teams started to know how to counter nAts, and nAts was no longer the hugest threat although he was still good. At that time, Chronicle rose with his insane, consistant aim and showed everyone he was the biggest threat now. But this lead to the fact that nAts's lurk no longer worked when he got countered, and M3C had to play more gunfights. As a result, teams having many insane-aim players like FPX, Liquid,... could eventually beat them. M3C needed better players to adapt, but their finance didn't allow that to happen, they failed to sign any better players.
The one problem with practicing engages 24 times in one scrim is they weren’t flexible enough for meta changes. Astra was wildly overturned and busted at Champions that year, and Gambit just didn’t know how to use it since they played their practiced comps for so long instead.
gambit didn't exactly fall off when they lost it was against the eventual winners of the whole series and later on having no org in certain areas start showing its affect... edit: we don't give enough credit to behind the scene ( an extreme but good example is fanatic half sheild strat )
These five were unstoppable in the most thrilling way: you knew they would win, but it would either be 13:0 or so close you would feel your heart jumping out of your ribcage. No tournament is the same with them in separate teams now(
I remember the two rounds where I was screaming and thinking I will die of heart attack right there. The first was in their match for the Berlin Masters qualification against G2, 12:11 in G2's favor, Gambit in attack and have to plant, and they plant in the last possible millisecond to stay alive, the timer literally showed all zeros, but they won it - qualified for Masters in the extra rounds. And then there was that damn Icebox against Acend, where Gambit were literally one round away from the title and fumbled the retake, which led to extra round, which led to Acend winning Icebox and then the decider as well. But they were SO CLOSE 😭
it really makes me sad that we couldn't see through what could've been of this gambit roaster, they had almost perfect players placement in every role. They had so much potential, but their chance to showcase it was taken away from them. Unlucky really. Also miss the old OpTiC.

it’s good to see a lot of gambit’s players still succeeding in the valorant scene props to them
And now, a year later, gambit's legendary coach is back, and turned the worst team in emea into the best. What a guy
I miss this team man, hopefully in near future they will regroup
I hope not I'm happy with chronicle being in fnc and winning everything
@@rhaineconsuelo2138 FR CHRONICLE IS THE DUPREEH IN CSGO HAHAHA
@@Reze80how many majors titles has the guy won?
Gambit produced best of the best cluthes in valorant, undoubtedly the best team and the individual skills of players like Nats, chronicle, and Sheydos were truly amazing
I still remember the final against Envy, Gambit said they didn't had strat for heaven, so the consecutively had gone to A site for 12 rounds straight
Honestly missing gambit a lot!
Thank You Very much for this amazing video!
Gambit are honestly the best team in valorant Esports to date it sad to see them go
Also i think Fpx should also be considered one of the best (right now NAVI)
LOUD and Optic were the best teams in Valo pre franchise, now its FNC
guy said that forgetting about optic?????
I mean the players arent doing so well outside of chronicle so it doesnt seem that way
@@hofkingpin3216 Prime GMB >>>>>> Prime OpTic is what they're saying essentially.
M3C needed better players to adapt, but their finance didn't allow that to happen, they failed to sign any better players.
i forgot how great this team was damn
peak Gambit was not just a good team like the other Masters winners, but they were monsters... I feel like they were VERY scary to play against.
Why does it feels like it all happened just yesterday 😭
same 😮
my man Chronicle looking a lot like a Ryan Gosling in the thumbnail
It will be Epic if you could do this format with every Team that has been Champion (Mostly OpTic and Acend that sadly didn't make it to franchise)
they were the underdogs everytime and won it ,
miss this team
I'm disappointed, D3ffos insane ace against Liquid wasnt shown 😭
Apart from that, great vid
Thanks for chronicling this goat team
Literally the video of the month ngl
great video as always my guy 👍👍👍
Another great video Commend! But for some feedback, the dramatic music during gameplay footage isn't really need it.
My favorite Valorant team of all time
Chronicle looks like Ryan Gosling in the thumbnail and you can't tell me otherwise
i mean it makes sense, ryan gosling has only slightly less sexappeal than Chronicle
Man makes it sound like it was ancient history
We in the Fnatic superteam meta now. Happy for chronicle
it's sad that some of them are not in the same team anymore :
Chronicle is the goat imo. He’s been so good for so long. He has the most tourney wins of any player
My favourite team to this day
Watching they d3ffo brave 1v1 broke my heart that day
The one problem with practicing engages 24 times in one scrim is they weren’t flexible enough for meta changes. Astra was wildly overturned and busted at Champions that year, and Gambit just didn’t know how to use it since they played their practiced comps for so long instead.
What a wonderful and insightful video 😄
they were my fav team honestly, makes me sad for their situation in their country
28k Subs??? nah thats too low for this great content :D Keep it up man
gambit chronicle looks like ryan gosling
The fact that when its even 12-5 or 11-4 they always had chances to win the game. I assume that gambit is the team with most comebacks ever :D
I have never heard of gambit but seeing this gameplay, damn they good
gambit didn't exactly fall off when they lost it was against the eventual winners of the whole series and later on having no org in certain areas start showing its affect... edit: we don't give enough credit to behind the scene ( an extreme but good example is fanatic half sheild strat )
They can’t be unstoppable if they lost to acend…
it really makes me sad that we couldn't see through what could've been of this gambit roaster, they had almost perfect players placement in every role. They had so much potential, but their chance to showcase it was taken away from them. Unlucky really. Also miss the old OpTiC.
Gambit was my first favorite valo team, I still miss them
