It was when I was around 9 or 10 years old. It was Phyang Tsedup and we were roaming around. He came and said that he is here with some famous tourists and they want to sponsor some of the kids. And then he asked us who is the eldest among the three of us. Then just like your incident he took us to a place where there was no one and told me (the eldest) to sit on his lap. And just like you I was feeling very uncomfortable and I told him that I want to play with my sisters and I ran away from him. He went back telling us to wait there and that he is going to bring the tourist and will ask for the sponsor. We were too young to understand these things but later we realized how wrong it was. And thank you for bringing up this topic. It's so important to make people understand this thing.
This video was very good and beneficial, but I have one more request ....please make a video on hygiene and sanitation as well, because in the remote areas of Ladakh, women still have no awareness about hygiene and sanitation.....
I appreciate for sharing your sensitive serious issues.it is so sad to heard , if it is real , it had to be come out with real identification of that person.. otherwise causing by that monk someone will misunderstand about all monks .it shouldn't happen in any society, parents should take care their children, specially in childhood.
