Thanks so much! We respect the routes of our guide that we did the trip with, so we don't post the gps data from his trails, but contact Francesco Trentini MTB Guide on Facebook and have a chat with him, he was a terrific guide.
Great adventure and scenery. I see you are using my E=Mtb² equation. 👍👍🤔😁.Emtbs multiply the benefits of one of mans greatest gravity cheating inventions the bicycle .The magic of Emtbs is that they turn us into gleeful kids again and broaden our ability to explore terrain. E=Mtb²
@@JandeGreeff A true purist would run the mountains barefoot and consider any bicycle cheating..It's simply a matter of allowing your brain to evolve to accept the fantastic new technology that allows us to enjoy life even more. It depends on whether it's suffering or Fun that drives our ego's. 😁 E=Mtb²
Well said Rob, it could also be said they should be using a fixed rear speed, no gears I mean sheesh, I really do not get the "purists" problem, if we love it, it gets us outdoors and we can ride massive distances, what is the problem, personally as a 63 year old, I can say with the KMs I am doing and the amount of riding we love doing, I am the fittest now than I have ever been. They like using their legs only, all good, but loose the angst and just let ppl do what they love. Most people that have the problem either have never ridden an emtb and don't get it or are furious that they can't justify the cost to themselves and hate others for it... just saying.
@@emtbsquared Yes I feel that acceptance of Emtbs is simply the Evolution of human thinking. The issue that many people have is that they consider themselves a member of a cycling Tribe and even the thought of a Emtb is like changing Religion 🤔 . E=Mtb²
Agreed and I find it quite narrow minded thinking, perhaps it is they feel threatened I am not sure. They also have no idea of the situation of anyone else, for instance I have very little knee cartilage left in one leg, my wife has had a hip replacement, we are not "that" old just worn ;-) And so EMTB for us is literally life changing. So for people like that to simply put out antagonistic comments is kinda small minded thinking or maybe a sad indication of needing to over compensate on their own achievements instead of just enjoying everyone's achievements. We hired the bikes and had a local guide. Francesco Trentini. Almost MTB. He is a great person and has good bikes. If you can't find him on FB with those details let me know and I will see if I can get him to contact you.
What a great ride out just to experience the scenery and history ...amazing !!!!!

When you want to ride the mountains, use your own power and not a e-mtb.

Of course I would ride this road just to get a coffee at the top.
Hahaha... and it was a great coffee ;)
Are the E-bikes yours or did you hire them for that ride?
