Years ago a newspaper predicted that someday the A&M Band would be invited to a bowl game and the football team might get to go with them. No band can perform some of the formations this band can do perfectly. Truly fantastic!!!

I played in military bands all my life. I have never seen anything as awesome as this performance. The "Our Gallant Infantry" march is a wonderful march. It makes you want to get up and start marching with the band. In my next life I want to come back and be a member of the Aggie band.

THE A&M BAND IS AWESOME! I saw them in the parade on Beale St.! I love to here a band play live with no wires or micro chips, just old-fashion musical instruments!

Oscar Gregory this band NEVER repeats a half time performance... period! Every week it is new routine.

Show bands pale in comparison. There is nothing like that good-ole 6 to 5 military marching and I've done this and show band marching, so I can attest: the military 6-to-5 is MUCH harder and looks so much better when executed to perfection as A&M does. WHOOP!

What is march right after "Our Gallant Infantry"? at the 3:00 minute mark? I first heard of this band back in the 1980s while in college - best true college marching band in the country, along with Ohio State Band.

That is the signature march of the Aggie Band, The Noble Men of Kyle. Our Gallant Infantry actually goes until about 4:15 when Noble Men begins.

there is a continuation of "Our Gallant Infantry" thru 4:20 in which the march and music turn to "The Noble Men of Kyle".

Halftime at the 2014 AutoZone Liberty Bowl must have been running on an extremely tight schedule, as another part of the halftime program was mounting the field at the very moment the Combined Bands fell out of the block T and charged for the end wall.

+B. C. Schmerker Yes, they had the America's Homecoming Queen program after that. The West Virginia Mountaineer Marching Band had to march pre-game to get it all in.

I wish either the A&M Band did a Battle of the Bands against Either Southern Marching Band (The Human Jukebox) Or Jackson State Marching Band (The Sonic Boom Of The South).

Excellent performance. Loved every bit of it. Except the rude loud mouth at the very end...

Agree with you. Always surprises and annoys me a bit the people want to cheer and yell while the band is performing and announcers like to cut in. I wish crowds could save their cheering and announcers could wait until the end of the performance and then cheer yell and whoop and announce as much as they like then , but not before.

See this once is enough, same routine over and over. No real change.
