by biggest problem is that... my id card doesnt really fit in any categories that hypixel mentioned. Im brazilian and well, south america or latin america in that case wasnt even mentioned. how are they even going to read my id card in that way?
also, is there a way to read the files that they send you? just like discord?

I don’t believe your region matters. I live in Canada (which also isn’t in a category they mentioned) and didn’t have any problems.
I read the .json files using Notepad++ and the .csv files using Excel, and they should be readable just fine with alternative programs

Honestly idk, if you have a school ID they might accept that. And you could always use a passport or birth certificate but that depends if you trust Hypixel enough to give them that information haha
