How did you bleed the clutch? I’m having a hard ass time bleeding the clutch Ive pressure bled it, vacuum bled it and nothing
I had my sister pump the clutch pedal while I was under the car cracking the bolt open to bleed it

i got the same kit for my 400, are there any problems with running no clutch pedal stop ? just bleed and go ?
I haven't heard anyone or posts mention a clutch pedal stop. The thing that stops mine is the floor, I haven't seen any problems with it sooo

Does your clutch engage when the pedal is really low to the floor did the swap and mine is engaging like a inch or so off the floor
I would say it is a little less than half way. So like 35-40% off of the floor.
Weird idk why mine is so low then tried bleeding it like 3 times what bore is your master?

So what happens when you put the NSS on a switch? What gear does the ECU think you are in?
You put the NSS on a switch so the car does not think it is in neutral 24/7. NSS on to start (neutral/park) and off to drive.
Did research and someone mentioned that it reduces power when it is in N 24/7, also acts like a kill switch.
@@JonathanMai Okay that part makes sense. I think a better way to phrase my question is, once the car in started and driving, and the NSS switch is open, what gear does the ECU think you are in, if not in neutral.

Just do it yourself and learn from it, but to each their own.
This basically my first car tranny giving up rn so i just considered going manual swap i’ll see by the time i saved up if i’ll do it myself lol just started getting into cars like that cool content tho bro sick🙌

What is the noise that you’re having with ac on and off?
It is the throwout bearing, AC makes it louder. I watched another JZ CD swap video (IS300) and it seems to be normal. Also read that CD's are noisy transmissions.
It is a little quiter now thankfully.

@@JonathanMai I have a 92 oem 5 speed SC300 that's boosted. Still has the factory 180k mile W58 with a clutchmasters 6 puck and aluminum lw flywheel. It makes some noise and is kinda annoying, BUT THIS is on another level lol I couldn't do that! I'd have to go with a marlin crawler R154, or nut up for a T56 Magnum at that point. The CD009 is a fantastic budget option for making power but not at the cost of my Lexus ride quality and overall sanity 🤣

Shifter is WAY too short. if you're not reaching up to the headliner to shift it ain't cool.
