BEAUTIFUL CHAMPIONS........KEEP DOING VIRTUAL SHOWS.....MORE FOLKS WHO LOVE THE TRACK CAN SEE THEM.....THANKS.....BELMONT-AQUEDUCT-SARATOGA RACING HORSE LOVER.....!!! DECADES....!!!
Into Mischief looks like his feet need attention here! Does remind me of Northern Dancer! What's wrong with Lord Nelson's front feet? Why is he wearing padded shoes?
A late bloomer in the horse/stud/ game, INTO MISCHIEF ... heard Acacia and Andy talking about IM on their NYRA show. Very interesting, never thought about horses in that sense before - like a ballplayer coming into his own @ 30 instead of 20. Am I right about this? Any other info/corrections concerning IM I'd gladly accept.
I agree, his knees look absolutely horrible in this video. He always had a slight problem there when he was young, but this is a massive issue now. If you pause at 1:44, you gotta wonder how he's still standing. I was also bewildered about how flat and wide his hooves look from the front. Surely these horses get good farriers? Lord Nelson seems to have a really good hoof care, he's walking quite well considering how bad his shape was.
Weirdly being over at the knee, while a fault, shows up in a lot of fast horses. Go look up old photos of Champion sire St. Simon. He was the same way.
@@thorne1239 Actually, I've kind of noticed that. I know from having owned horses that sometimes, they will stop walking midstride and just leave their leg bent like that momentarily. Most of my time has been around Saddlebreds, and I remember that one Saddlebred show trainer told me that pigeon-toedness can be not only corrected with excellent shoeing but enhanced into greater leg action than if the horse had not been pigeon-toed. Still, Saddlebred breeders aren't about to start breeding for that forefoot/foreleg structure fault.

They are beautiful creatures
Love it. I could watch these all day. Thanks!
Into Mischief, first thing I noticed was front hooves and how spayed out they are.
Super Horses!💪👍🌹Hi from Belarus✌️✌️✌️❤️☕☕☕
Outstanding production.....don't have to be a race fan to enjoy the video.
So beautiful ❤️
Congratulations from the Continent and to All involved
Magnificent
Can I please get a stallion book thanks
Goldenscents my fav. He is a bargain sire.
It's weird seeing Pin-firing scars on Crosstraffic. I know the practice works, but most people just use simple time off to fix shin issues these days.
His were particularly bad, yeah :/ a shame to see that
Condolences to Spendthrift Farm and all connections on the loss of Malibu Moon today.
RIP big guy
Oh no didn’t know such an important sire had crossed the rainbow bridge Condolences to Spendthrift and especially his groom😡

I like Goldencents. His dam Golden Works was bred in Manitoba Canada.
Free Drop Billy is such a handsome boy! Btw, could you please tell me the name of the song in his episode?)
Lord Nelsonn looks to have some extreme corrective shoeing on both fronts, especially the right. Anyone know what's going on with him?
Looking again, I wonder if it's laminitis/founder???
@@horseytoo Laminitis
Holy smokes Mitoli is gorgeous
free drop billy is nice!
Rip Malibu Moon
Que romanticismo !!!!!!!!!!!
Does Into Mischief have something ring with his near foreleg or is that just how he's standing?
He is over at the knee.
@@rustyshackleford5366 I'll take that over calf-knees any day of the week.
