@@CleverLittleImp Yeah, it's called My Child Lebensborn: New Beginnings, apparently it takes place after you and Karin (or Klaus) move! It's about dealing with trauma from what I heard.
What happened “off-camera”: Before moving away, the main character sued the school and got paid lots of money, it shows mr. solheim’s reaction, crying and saying he didn’t do it when he clearly did, and he becomes a jobless beggar on the streets and dies of starvation. Karin has recovered and is back to being happy and smiling every time (this didn’t actually happen but I kind of wish it would)
I cant even fathom someone hurting my child like that. I cant even talk about it because ill get so pissed ( I don't even have a child but just hearing this, rages me )
I understand that this game isn't probably wholely finished (hopefully) but the fact that the devs picked the only option to protect Karin/Klaus from their torment is by having the parent and the kid move out, they should've chosen to sue the whole fucking school and the teacher or to bludgeon him with a hammer as the default endings
Because it's based on real events. They neither have the backing nor the funds to sue the entire school. The easiest option was to leave because everything was against them.
Thank you for the warning, One RUclipsr who I subscribed to also played this this game, but she did not record this scene or finished the game on her channel for this reason. I am just sorry that you experienced this and it is worse learning that these events happened to the real children this game was based on.
Yeah 100% I was shocked at the lack of warning, tbh I didn’t know how traumatic this game was going to be when I started it. Still it was a powerful educational experience for me and I’m glad to have had it.
Woah that warning was really good I feel the developers were quite ignorant for not putting one especially if you accidentally touch Karin or Klaus and they freak out due to it being out of nowhere.
@@CleverLittleImp Yeah. I'm tired of hearing people describe it in terms of 'trigger warnings are for crybaby snowflakes'. Props to you for the warning. I honestly think the game should be for ages a bit older than 12+ cause of the stuff Mr. Solheim did. And not adding a warning is not their smartest move. Also- goddamn, you answer every comment? 😭

I just found out about this game an hour ago and I'm so disturbed by everything that happens to Karin, but I'm really glad to see your reactions towards her and I think you would be an amazing parent. And I was under the assumption that you were her voice actor at first because of how greatly it matched her character. :)

I wish this game had a more adult rating and includes an option where you can go hunting
I thought about that too, I mean times are obviously hard so I feel like hunting, poaching, or even just raising chickens would have been more common.
