Sammy I have a skateboard called a Ceviche and it has the recipe printed on the deck , I am 56 years old mate grew up fishing and hunting and I was still riding skateboards until last year mate . I have been battling cancer since then so it's slowed me up a bit, the first time I ate Ceviche was down the west coast of Cape York and it was done with the leftover bit of longtail tuna I landed that had been sharked and it really is a nice dish washed down with a good ale. Keep living the good life mate !

You can get palm sugar from woolies and coles mate 👍 same with the kafir lime leaves. Only one that might be a little harder is the finger limes 🍻🍻
