Instant pot hack I learned early on - the handle has a hole that fits the lid so the lid can be locked into the top to drain steam water off into a reservoir.
LOVE your videos.....living such a blessed life!!! I just sit with my cup of hot coffee and relax as I take in all the yummy recipes and food...you and your sis are such examples of homemakers doing life for Gods glory!
Between yours and Lisa's family, as well as any other siblings families that join, your Mom must be cooking cafeteria style! Wow! Thats a lot of people for Sunday dinner!! How many does she usually feed? Im so curious! So awesome for all the kids and their cousins. Im the 4th of 5, and we all had our kids in waves as well, 14 in all. We all also literally live in a row! Was so awesome for the kids as the grew up. Now the youngest is 21.
Greetings from the middle of Nebraska! How fun for the family to take bike rides and stop for a delicious snack! The chicken salad looks amazing on the homemade bread. I am one of those that hates to cook but I sure enjoy watching you make it look so easy! I can only hope to perhaps learn to like cooking. You are such a blessing for your family! Wishing you a blessed Easter!
The pfaltzgraf bowl with the brown design that you set on the table to serve chili- that is our family dishes. A few years ago, I decided that I wanted to invest in a complete set of dishes that all matched and were vintage. Partly because I like old stuff and partly to create memories around our dinner table. I picked that pattern and over the course of a few years, my girls and I collected a massive set of the dishes at thrift and antique shops. even the serving items like bread trays, soup tureens etc. I rarely see that pattern anywhere besides thrift shops so it was fun to see it show up in Your video!!
Love your videos because I love to watch you cook! You make it all look so easy, your chicken salad looks so amazing delicious! I LOVE chicken salad!! 😊 Hope you and your family have a blessed resurrection weekend! He is alive! He is risen!!!! ✝️✝️

Happy Friday to you!! I am with you- I really enjoy mondays and the work to get my home back in order from fun weekends! I also love Friday’s to prep for our weekend! I always try to have a few meals made ahead I just have to heat them up.. saves money to not eat out and that way I can spend more time with the family!
❤Love your channel. I grew up on rich Jersey milk. Loved having the homemade butter, whipped cream and all. We sold the excess milk to several families. So sad it's illegal to sell it like we did. Now you have to share ownership or something. I come from a family of 6 kids and love the small farm memories I have. God bless you and yours!!❤
I love melt/pour soap making! I use dehydrated rose petals, oatmeal, coffee grounds and herbs (mint is my favorite). The natural colors are earthy looking and match my bathroom. 😊
Your "milk" cooler made me smile. I have one too and just store the jars right in it as i use the milk. I add ice packs to keep the milk cool and to keep the jars from touching when traveling to the farm.
Always love your videos. They are so calming, plus I learn so much. I pretty much am always sewing on charity quilts as I am listening and watching you.
I really enjoyed this video Laura! Thanks so much for sharing this with us! It was fun listening to your children in the background! My oldest son, taught my youngest son to ride a two wheeler! Life is amazing! Have fun this summer!
I melt my butter for my dutch baby in the glass cake pan I'm going to bake it in. I then pour half of the butter into the batter, with the mixer going. The other half I leave in the pan, and pour the batter over it, so it leaves a buttery top to the dutch baby, or pannakakku, as we call it.
dont you wash ur berries hun x that in the uk is a yorkshire pudding we have it with a roast but alot like me and my fam love it hot with sugar on it my nana when we were growing up made 2 big ones on a sunday one we had on our roast dinner and the other we had with sugar on for pudding lol
I love watching you and your sister cook . you use a pair of cream colored mixing bowls they look so thick I have tried to find them but I can not. Where did you get them ? Your sister has them also. Thanks Mary Webb
What temperature did you bake the cornbread at Laura? And for how long? I looked and didn’t see the recipe but managed to write down the ingredients. Thank you.
Is it absolutely necessary to use a cast iron pan for the dutch babies? I really want to try to make them but I don't use cast iron. They're just too heavy for me.
Why don't you just make some of that chicken salad separate from adding grapes for your husband so he can enjoy his chicken salad as much as everybody else
Instant pot hack I learned early on - the handle has a hole that fits the lid so the lid can be locked into the top to drain steam water off into a reservoir.
I just discovered that! Yay!

Thanks for sharing the sounds of children.
I agree hearing children play is priceless. I visited my sister the other day since she has no children, it was weird, to be in a quiet home.
Happy Easter to your family.

I put my husband's old socks on the jars in transportation. Better than plastic bags. Give ie a try. You can get the socks on 1/2 gallon jars.
Inspired, my family will benefit tomorrow!❤. Great video as usual 😊
You are right about Mondays!!! Mon means mine...make it or break your day/week! I'm jealous for you... what a wonderful day ❤

Love Mondays here too!
As allways a great video! Does the dutch oven work on a induction stove?
In your chicken salad try dried cranberries, I swear it will become your favorite ingredient.
Great idea!
I get really excited when I get the notification for your video 🍻 I love your videos ♥️ can I use olive oil for the mayonnaise?
Thanks so much! I personally don't like the taste with olive oil.
What temperature did you bake the cornbread at Laura? And for how long? I looked and didn’t see the recipe but managed to write down the ingredients. Thank you.

I’d love to
Make my own Mayo but I’m nervous because I’ve always heard uncooked eggs are unsafe …?
I like men with a lot of mayonnaise to just the way you got it grapes the whole 9 yards
❤❤❤
What is your blender?😊

Hello Miss Laura I’ve noticed your pot holders that you and your sister use, do you girls make those or did you pick them up somewhere 😊
The girls make them!
That’s marvelous!!
I can never get plastic wrap to behave! 😂
Is it absolutely necessary to use a cast iron pan for the dutch babies? I really want to try to make them but I don't use cast iron. They're just too heavy for me.
Nope! You can do it in any baking dish'
When it's your due date?
June 4th 🥰
Why don't you just make some of that chicken salad separate from adding grapes for your husband so he can enjoy his chicken salad as much as everybody else
Oh I thought you had chickens you should get eggs from your sister she had a bunch on her video
Breaking eggs, then putting hands in flour container ??? Need to wash the hands after cracking eggs !!! Contaminating the flour !!!
Are you a Trad Wife?
