Mist (2000), ""Vibrant Water (2001)"", Shimmer (2001) and Silver (2005) are his best albums in my opinion. I listen to it on a daily basis, for relaxing (meditation), and i never found anything better.
I listen also a lot of Steve Roach en especially Mathias Grassow but hey don't forget Tomas Weiss, Max Corbacho, ASC (Silent Season Label), Alphaxone (Cryo Chamber Label), Alio Die - Seamlessly Bliss (2016) and Standing in a Place (2015). These are also excellent. Listen also to the sleeping concerts from Robert Rich. Somnium 2001 (7 hours) and Perpetual 2014 (8 hours).

Tomas Weiss' album 'Zeitlos' is one of the most stunning albums I've ever heard and I listen to it at least once a week. Max Corbacho too! the ocean inside

Mostly I like beatless ambient music. To me "Substrata" from Biosphere is a special one. It's their best, period! A recent good one is "Shadow Of Time" from Steve Roach. Listen to it on Bandcamp. Another recent one that is really awesome is from Closing The Eternity & Mathias Grassow. Their second album together and to me one of the best ambient drone albums from this year. Keep on listening, peace....

Steve Roach and Thom Brennan are my favorites "Mist" is my favorite album and " Cedars Stand Against the Rain" is the track I love from that album
