Me as someone who never uses conditioner🤣
But you should use it. Water is damaging for our hair strands. After shampooing our hair strands become fragile, which can cause breakage in long term and strips away shine. So,if u use conditioner,it can make hair smooth and soft by creating a protective layer.

@@soumilide7374 I completely agree.. diy might take some time for some people... it's way better than using chemicals on the name of conditioner on our hairs... they are high in chemicals that's why give instant results but damage our hairs in long run... and water doesn't dry out our hairs only if it's not hard water... check what type of water you're using...
I have never applied conditioner on my hairs and I have the best hair in our whole family.. not bcuz of genetics

I saw ur video for the first time today ... nd i must say that i have never seen such beautiful nd long hair as well😍...generally people have long hair bt not volume ..but urs are perfect
C'mon baby.. There's a girl just behind of my house.. Her hairs are too too too much perfect.. A very enough length and what to say about her hair's volume.. And shocking matter is that she doesn't use even a product in her hairs excepted a bathing soap and sometimes she uses Washing bar also.. Because she can't afford shampoos etc.

I improved my hair by following these: Including more and more vitaminC from lemon, orange, kiwi, 8 hours of adequate sleep everyday, consume nuts such as walnut, peanut, almonds in limited, you can also eat fishes like salmon. Exercise a minimum of 20 - 30 mins daily. Using natural shampoo, neem wood comb, massager for scalp by liitleextra coconion two times a week. This is good to control hair fall.

hi. i didnt try reverse hair washing but i tried diluting my shampoo and conditioner both. i also soaked my hair before washing. im always really in a hurry but this time i took my time and really focused on getting the oil out and the shampoo aswell. my hair feels softer it feels so much better. for context, i have split ends and damaged hair. it has bumps on it. it was silky and straight before i started using hard water after moving into my new house. anyways, thankyou your content helped me with my hair. and my hair feels really good. i used sulphate,paraben and silicone free shampoo btw.

@@pixie011 I used arata super shampoo. but it's very pricey. it did help with damage control but i didnt buy it again cos it left my hair greasy. Sulphate free shampoos are for very sensitive scalps.
