- Former Houston Texans player Seth Payne is encouraged by the toughness the Texans offense showed in their 82 yard touchdown drive in the divisional round vs. the K.C. Chiefs.
it was nice to see Beck do some blocking, wished we seen that more in the year, also think Patterson looks better at Center then Juice.
This 15 play, 82 yard drive was a great series. Overcoming self-inflicted penalty yards as well.
Totally agree, the two playoff games were promising. A healthy receiving corps would have gone a long way for this game. Hopefully next season.
Finally, somebody breaks down the plays and shows me the little things I never knew about the game of football. Thank you.
Don’t forget the 19 yrds in penalties.
This was 82 yrds to start, but over 100 yrds by the end of it.
They didn’t lose moral and kept rolling.
Really like the tape coverage you provide ...
~ Thanks
Great drive
Good to see Beck doing some blocking. Made a huge diffference.
Good video bro
Bobby deserves another year as the OC, that O-line needs help ASAP.

I’m almost inclined to agree.
When blocking is done correctly his plays work.
My problem is as OC making sure the line knows how to do their job is kinda part of his job.
Yes the line coach is expected to do that, but if the line coach is obviously failing, he needs to get them back on track as OC.
He had a lot of trick plays that were kinda cool and had potential.
He just took blocking, something they struggled at, as a given.
No tf he doesn’t bro had diggs dell and Collin’s and ran the ball all the time couldn’t score after the 1st half he should’ve been fired during the season
If ya' like the 75/ 80 yrd TD drives consider Chip Kelly for OC because TOSU had four of them in a row in the CFP championship game.
Troy noticed the Texans were pushing them around.
You got Shrooms I want some !!!
I think Beck was missed more than we realized
You said, “loss to the chiefs.” I believe you meant to say refs and scriptwriters.
We did enough to lose that game on our own. The Refs just topped it off.
Let's see how practiced they are to start next season. All those pre-snap penalties were so discouraging. We blamed the O line, but they were just rusty.
Texans had to overcome like 3penalties this drive coincidentally
The KC thiefs and refs cheated Texans out of a Superbowl champion 🏆 win.
Slovik gotta be let go
Beck is twice the blocker as Schultz, hell even irv smith jr the late sign TE before KC game out blocks Schultz 2 to 1. Everytime Schultz blocks it’s hard to watch
Ask Schultz to block a DB we might be alright, you ask him to block a LB or any Dlinemen he gets his ass whooped
The refs tried to kill that drive too.
