Batista is one of the best to ever step in the ring, his rivalry with The Undertaker is legendary. Some of Taker's best matches were with Batista, they stole the show at WrestleMania 23. Thank you for entertaining me in the ring and on the big screen, one of the greats Batista.

its amazing how Batista has maintained his fitness after all these years.He may not be as big as he was in his wwe days but he is definitely jacked and look quite big in movies.Its also amazing at the age of 50 he is so fit and less prone to injury thanks to the style of workout he changed from bodybuilding to more of athletic physique workouts.
Dave’s career has gone well. I’m happy to see wrestlers that I grew up watching becoming actors and so on, I turned 30 and I am thankful for the prosperous career which they endure for our entertainment

I think it helps to either have good skin or just be moist with sweat all the time! I have dry skin which makes mine look worse but once I’ve applied some moisturiser they look new again

Also they respect fans and go the extra mile to put younger talent and make them look good even if Batista or Sheamus can destroy half the new talent. That's humility Batista and Sheamus have been on top and help other talent get to the top. Batista is a successful movie actor. Sheamus should be in more movies too. Like Batista said they can do whatever they want but choose WWE because their love the business and the fans. This is the most realistic workout that I have ever seen an athlete do. I’m not saying that it’s easy but the pace and the incremental additions they added on along the way was perfect. This was a workout that anyone can build up to. This is what you call working out smarter not harder.

But when your older transition to speed. And power never really goes away. Speed still keeps you strong if ya do right and add weights to the speed workouts. These guys are a perfect example.

Batista had the best ever body in WWE. Never seen anyone so jacked and it's good to see he brought the weight down. I started my gym cos of Batista's physique and always used to watch his videos before workouts. Long live the Legend and Sheamus (as always, the nicest dude) Great video Fella!!!
