So I'm trying to add gyro aiming wuth my ps4 controller. But I'm getting this awful drift either. Either up or down. Which action layer did you set it to an what did you set the gyro to? I've also recalibrated the gyro
What configuration are you using?. I'm trying to use a dualshock 4 but my aiming drifts away from the target, like if it's magnetized towards the center of the screen.
Could just be the autoaim. I disabled it and I bound the right joystick to 'mouse'. At the default it was causing the sensitivity to go out of whack whenever I move the right joystick while gyro aimming. That stopped when I set right joystick to mouse. Also I have gyro bound to activate when pressing left trigger. So gyro is only active while aiming instead of always being on.
@@machotjason9136 If you mean aim assist then yea, it's on be default. There is no auto-aim. I tried Warframe on Switch when it first launched and yea the low framerate and high input lag make it harder to aim.
how do you control the gyro? I read aobut "motion controls" on the settings but it doesnt show up for me. I can enable gyro from steam config but the sensitiveyty sliders for it dont show up in game
@@jonnyX06 This is probably a long-shot, but did you have any problems setting up the Pro controller? My jump and melee button keeps changing every 10 seconds. I've tried googling but I haven't found anything.
@@glitchdesu4980 Maybe it's automatically switching action sets. What controller profile do you have loaded? Sometimes Steam will automatically load a profile intended for the Steam controller. Try loading the default 'Gamepad' profile which has only 1 action set so your controls should always persist.
@@jonnyX06 Yes, it was a profile thing. Whenever I switched to melee attack the button layout configuration changed. I got that figured out but now I ran into a problem where my cursor shoots up whenever I switch between melee and ranged! lol I'm sure I'll figure it out eventually. Thanks again!
Thats dope

@@jonnyX06 so you use the default ''gamepad'' configuration with only those modifications?
@@Firegodot Yep. All I wanted is just to add gyro aim to the existing controls.
@@jonnyX06 is there an auto-aim in Warframe? Im using nintendo switch and its so hard to control..

How are you connected to the PC? A dongle or something? I want to play Warframe with my switch controller on PC too.
All you need is just a USB cable. Steam supports the Switch Pro controller.
@@jonnyX06 Wow, thanks for the quick response!
