Your graphics settings, and video encoder settings are PERFECT. The video looks amazing even on 1440p. Please post your video encoder and Genshin graphics settings. There are so many Genshin Spiral Abyss videos on RUclips by people who use the default encoder settings for their recordings, and RUclips's own encoding process further degrades the video. The WORLD needs to know how to get such perfect quality recordings.
I'm not really doing anything special to be honest. Genshin graphics are all maxed out, I just turned off motion blur. For recording I use the Nvidia instant replay with bit rate set to 100. Then I use DaVinci Resolve to combine the clips and for rendering the final file I use MP4 format with H.265 codec and all other settings at default. That's it. I also use Nvidia freestyle filters to give the game more contrast and some sharpening as I find the default look is a bit washed out. I'm always changing those settings though so I couldn't tell you the exact settings I was using for this recording. I play and record at 4k, that probably makes a difference. Most abyss videos on YT are 1080p at best and the few 1440p/4k ones may just be upscaled to 1440p/4k.
