3000hp wont make your car faster,it will make it slightly faster the only way to make it so fast is by reducing the weight for example if you reduce the GT86 engine weight by -1069 it will make the car weight 4kg and make it accelerate so fast like a rocket
I don't think you can get banned in this game It just tells you that your data is tampered and you can say no and the game crashes or yes and it deletes your local and online save
