So im going on a trip to Newport/Laguna for 2 weeks in march, is that a nice season for skimboarding over there? i skimboard in a decent size waves over in hossegor, france and newport has been my dream. If anyone from the area could hmu and tell me some nice sports to skim and if its a good season it would be awesome!
I know about aliso and some other beaches in laguna but sadly im having a hard time finding a place to stay there. For now im settling around Babloa Pier (unless i find better in laguna).

I think Laguna has some good ones. I'm not so sure about Newport though.

Laguna has a lot of good spots. Victoria beach is nice. Also in Newport a street by the pier is good. And aliso creek in lag too
