I was too worried about sounding dumb for most of this video, so a few thoughts I didn't mention: -The reason I'm such a big fan is because discovering Zach Bryan as a 15 year old showed me that someone just like me (no fame, connections, etc) can create something really beautiful simply for the sake of creating it, and it can impact someone else in a meaningful way - Sorry for saying "really incredible" a million times -Pink Skies is an awesome song, was just released as an early single so I didn't have any "new" thoughts -Purple Gas is interesting because it's the first song he's put out that he didn't write. It's about rural Canadian life, so kind of interesting to put on an album with America in the title. Noeline Hofmann is great nonetheless. -This album is perfect to listen to while running
This was a really interesting video, thank you! I went to listen to the songs you mentioned and his music is gorgeous. Got me a bit emotional haha. Will definitely be listening to more. And I can imagine he must be brilliant live! I also really like your thoughts in the comments about creating something beautiful for the sake of it and having it impact someone in a meaningful way. I think that's something I strive for with writing. It helps me to process things, especially because I tend to feel deeply. It's nice to know that there are like-minded people out there.
I only got introduced to Zach Bryan a few years ago and I feel like I still haven't actually fully explored his discography but this video made me want to finally dive a bit deeper into his stuff cause I do really like the feel of his music. Also, I think videos about songwriting are super interesting and I'd love to see more of that!
He has a lot of great music, the lesser known songs are just as good if not better than what's really popular. And I'm definitely planning on doing some more songwriting videos!
This is such a beautiful video-I’ve never heard of Zach Bryan before. I’m wondering if you've had a chance to listen to Adrianne Lenker's album "songs." It’d be lovely to hear your thoughts on her songwriting too.

I have to highly recommend Waylon Wyatt He's going into senior year of high school and yet has put out some incredible songs he wrote himself with teasers to many more

I’ll listen to anything you want to talk about 😊
I don't know of Zach Bryans work, but I'm going to check him out now. This is wonderful!
That deep voice. Damnnnnn *faints* 🤣. Fr very nice lad. Keep it up
I love how often you mention your dad. Waiting for his RUclips debut.
I've been thinking about that! Would be cool, especially since I'm about to read one of his favorite books.
Zach Bryan, this artist is not on my playlist, have to listen to him, thank you for your recommendation ☘️ have a good day 🎈
What an interesting change of pace! Now I naturally want to know how much songwriting you yourself do -
A good amount actually! It's something I do casually whenever I'm bored, whereas I feel like I need to be more focused for short stories.

A few people have recommended her to me now! I like Big Thief, but I'll check that album out for sure.

I've seen some of his stuff, pretty good for someone so young. I'll have to check him out some more.
