By now I'm sure everyone's familiar with Myth's Bad Ending (if not, go watch it right now. It's a superb animation). My headcanon: this MV continues showing the struggles Ame takes in trying to prevent the events of Myth's Bad Ending. We've been told by the talents already that our timeline is basically Myth's good ending, and I believe it is so because of Ame. She came her to fix and stabilize this timeline, prevent it from getting bad, prevent the destruction. After the job was done, and she got enough confirmation that this timeline will see its happy ending, she decided to move on, and potentially help other timelines too. There is still much work to be done out there by our time traveling detective. o7

After watching this about 80 times in the span of 1 week I think I figured out the story in the MV. As someone before said (RadiantSpix), it's about Ame constantly rewinding time to save everyone in Myth from dying to some monster, since she's always the sole survivor, but failing time and time again, stuck in a loop of failing. What I believe to be Holo Council's part in this is just mostly Kronii, it just shows the other Council members just for the heck of it since Kronii is Council. As you know, Ame's lore is she got the time watch from someone (stolen it I think), most likely Kronii, the Warden of Time. During the 2nd half (or after the 1 min mark) it starts focusing on adding Kronii. It shows Kronii in a movie theater watching something, then it cuts to showing to showing 4 flat-lines and 1 beeping alive on lines that usually are on heart rate monitors. Then cuts to showing Ame with a bunch of numeric lines, then sketching what seems to be plans, then rewinding time with the watch. This again cements the whole "Rewinding time to try and save everyone" story. She has been trying time and time again, plan after plan, but ultimately failing each time, and Kronii has been watching her all this time. Then it cuts to showing 5 hourglasses with the sand timer on the first 4 indicating out of time, but on the 5th hourglass it shows a syringe broke into it to interfere, indicating that on this attempt, Kronii most likely decided to finally help Ame out by doing something, because the color of the Syringe injecting a liquid is Blue, Kronii''s color, and then it shows Ame really quick looking like she's about to head out to another attempt, but this time you see a Syringe stuck on her back and a faded hourglass figure on her coat. Then it shows an hourglass spinning suggesting that time is being re-winded again, and this time Kronii grabs it to indicate the timer has started. These all indicating that something is different on this attempt, again, most likely Kronii deciding to finally step in and help Ame out. Last thing also is that, during the video game Ame is playing, symbolizing everyone being killed by the monster, there are 5 people in the party with only 1 person living (Ame). This of course means the other 4 were Gura, Kiara, Cali, and Ina. Making the 5 party members being the 5 Myth members. Even though the monster looks like it could be Ina, it COULD just be something from the same place Ina came from, and Ina got killed alongside the other Myth members minus Ame. BUT the monster COULD BE INA and the 5th member of the party could also be IRyS, since IRyS is neither (or she is BOTH) Myth or Council. She is (Project) HOPE (or again, BOTH Myth and Council). Then the music video loops since this is the extended version, making it look a little weird story wise, but all of this checks out. Loops at the 2 min mark. I'm like 95% positive this is the entire story of the MV.
the syringe in the hourglass is not from kronii since it is blue like you thought, but it is the watson concoction (if you’ve watched enough ame you’ve probably seen/heard of it and it is on her costume). To me it seems that kronii does nothing more than watch except for when you see her hand flip one of the other hourglasses.
