I used the Rust-Oleum Stops Rust
24 oz. Turbo Spray System Gloss White Spray Paint. I did one side in 60 seconds. It sprays wide and the coverage is great. My cart is white I sprayed the roof white what a man or transformation after I did that.

Great video. I just painted mine last week with primer and spray bed liner, after drilling it for roof rack mounting.

Like your videos. I’m starting a club car ds rebuild. Curious as to how you prepped the roof surface for paint. Did you sand it down or anything like that?

@@kerrykoehler9112 Thanks for watching! Glad you enjoyed. With this, I cleaned and degreased. Then hit it with an adhesion promotor, then the texture / paint. Paint was a primer / paint in one. Someday I'll start using automotive type paints out of an air gun. Fingers crossed, should last for a while.

Thanks for watching! I used an automotive adhesion promoter and a semi gloss black for wood/metal/plastic Rust-Oleum. Just picked them up at Lowes.

Should have used truck bed coating.

You didn't need to use an adhesion promoter?

Well, looks like I did not talk about it or show it, but I want to say we did. You should use it for sure. I show using it in the other videos where we paint plastics for this cart, and for those that have commented, advised to use, so i think i did???
Thank you for the comment and watching.

i believe we did. But yes. I have used truck bed on roofs and didn't like the result. I have used it on some of the other plastics on other carts for sure. Might have to try Raptor though. Have not tried that yet.
