  • This is how you hold 4 mini skid steer attachments together for easy loading and transport. The grapple is made by Everything Attachments, the leveler/land plane is made by Toro, the bucket is made by Bradco and the stump bucket is made by Blue Diamond. You can do many different grading, grubbing, landscape tearout, stump removal, brush removal, junk removal, gravel driveway repair, bush removal and demolition projects with these 4 attachments. Happy Skidding!

I am planning to purchase Vermeer 925 or Bobcat MT100, which one is better? Which one is more powerful? Which is more suitable for digging soil?

Hello Schott your dump trailer is a 16ft 7ton? Love the way you did the 4 in 1. I'm wondering what the advantage of using a 48" grapple vs the 38/36"

I don't think I have ever connected hydraulics as easily as you did. I usually have to relieve the pressure at least twice on ctx100. My root grapple is a little leaky though.

I fought with that issue for a while with 800s and current 925s The root grapple is only attachment I have issues with. Here's what I do to relieve pressure:
Lower grapple lid to 3/4 closed, not all the way closed.
      Idle engine and shutoff.
Then lower lid pushing control lever back and forth. This relieves hydraulic pressure you need to do it after engine is off.
Pressure should be gone and you disconnect both couplers.
When connecting couplers back on I sometimes have to move control lever at same time when connecting couplers but not always.

Ok, so do u stick all rhat in the corner or right in the center? Do you tie all that down? Does vetmeer have a park brake?

I leave attachments connected to machine. Yes Vermeer has a hydraulic cylinder that goes into drive cog whenever you step off machine.

Hey I have a question when you first started your business did you just go all out and buy the mini skid or did you do everything by hand? I’m wanting to buy an mt100 but it’s 40k and I don’t know if I would find work for it

I started out cutting grass, but no longer provide that service. I didn't have a mini until about 10-12 years ago and then have bought new attachments as I found work for them. I did everything by hand essentially, but not to the size of jobs that I do with the mini now.

    Where do you recommend to
Get those 4 attachments from ?

      Grapple- Everything Attachments.com
      Leveler/Land Plane- Toro
High Volume Bucket- Bradco or just about any brand
      Stump Bucket- Blue Diamond Attachments
I should add that these brands go together easily but they were all purchased at different times over a long time. So, I can't promise that other brand attachments will do the same! Also, I realize now that without the stump bucket inside standard high volume scoop bucket it's really difficult to pickup. I had broken the stump bucket the other day so it stayed home and only had the grapple, scoop bucket and land plane. But they do go together just a little more difficult!
