It is absolutely amazing how privilege ( on all accounts), can fast forward you past a formal education and still affords you all the rights and access into spaces of power.
I was researching this today and they pay most if not all their master class instructors 100 K upfront and 30% of the money that comes from their class
I suspect Masterclass did an upfront fee + revenue share model with each person based on view count. If it was a one off fee, the outlay would be enormous.
She was probably eager to do the class because to a small part the public perception of her was negative and it’s not good to have when your giving opinion on fashion.

She claims she's a very opinionated invidual and that's why people don't like her. I think it's true to some degree but obviously it's just that. I'm interested in this industry for too long to go for this. It's PR. I actually respect how effective she is but she's not the kind way representative.

Thank you... What about Sara Blakely??? I know she started her business from the ground up, she's probably not considered luxury like the other 3 but successful in fashion nonetheless

LouisPee Nothing really. Just that she was under heavy criticism for wearing fur and also for being difficult to work with allegedly.

My prices just changed again. So it's now 140 for a single Masterclass and 24 a month for all-access. LOL
