Do you live in sugar land tx? I'm very interested it has a decent size population and I'm interested in opening a real NYC pizza shop potentially. I was wondering whats your favorite pizza shop do you feel a need for another tasty authentic NYC pizza shop?

I live in Baytown now but looking to move to Sugarland. I still will be able to go to the coast and go visit San Antonio with ease. A lot of stuff I like Sugarland has.

its super crowded.. and taxes are crazy. like $12K for 1000 sq ft house and again its crazy crowded. and expensive as heck.. i wasnt impressed. the freeway system is a nightmare.. too many people.. TOO MANY

It's easy to see how, all the other 9 he named are not diverse meaning not many black, latina or south asian people, fort bend is. Most of his clients are not looking for diversity but the total opposite. Not a mistake the camera man lives in ft bend. P.S. The imperial Sugar history is way deeper than what you explained I won't get into it but you can be a great at sales and honest at the same time
@@semodadragon I’m definitely not a history teacher, just giving people a little bit of how sugar land got it’s name. Every place I named is a massive suburb with people from all walks of life. They just happen to be the areas I think are nicest.
@@livinginhtx I really don't want you to think I'm coming for you I'm really not I think you are a good content creator continue to do what you're doing sir, but if you think that the other nine places are nicer then don't say in your video you made a mistake not naming Sugar Land one of Houston best suburb that's was my point, you didn't make a mistake you knew about Sugar Land and like you said those nine places are a little bit nicer to you. I'm not saying be honest and tell the history of imperial sugar that's not the topic of the video but rather be completely honest in your videos not just someone whose trying to sale something. @@semodadragon this is good feedback. Truthfully, this was a video made earlier in our RUclips journey and I wasn’t familiar enough with sugar land to know that area well. Now that I am, I definitely think it ranks in the top 4
Nobody actually lives in Houston. If your upper middle you live in Sugar land, Woodlands or Katy Texas. If your lower middle you live in MO City, Spring, or in a cardboard box under the 26 Lane Katy Freeway!!!!
There are so many good churches you can’t go wrong, they are all over Houston. It will depend which denomination and which part of town you like. My church is amazing and it’s at the front of my neighborhood.

Grew up there in the 70's and 80's. I don't recognize anything but the sugar refinery.

Riverstone has a Sugar Land address but isn't part of the actual town of Sugar Land. Riverstone residents don't get any Sugar Land services.
