The thing that sucks about the internet is that people say things online that (1) they would NEVER say in person and (2) they would NEVER do themselves. Good for you blocking that BS. You didn't have to go back and give her anything, and no one has the right to judge on what you did give her. You paid the price she asked without knowing if the items were worth $2 or $200, and I think it's great that you found items that were worth so much. Everyone was happy. I'm a reseller and if I give someone a great deal on something... good for them and that's the way it goes sometimes. I had some happy tappers in my yard sale for 75 cents and after the sale was over I was like... these are kinda cool... I'm going to check them out.. and OOPS... that would of been on me if they sold for that price.. I had 4 of them :) Keep doing what you do, don't be discouraged!

I am dipping my toe into toys as well. Today, I went to a yard sale that was run by two little girls. Everything was kid stuff. I bought a big box of Lego kits for $20, just one Star Wars Lego kit sells for $35. Even if the kits aren’t complete, I can make lots or sell partials. I knew Lego was good, but I did not know how good until I got home. I was shocked it was still there at 4pm. Gonna be counting up little bits of Lego tomorrow. The trolls don’t realize just how hard reselling is, all the work and research that goes into what we do. Any of those folks that we buy from could have chosen to do that work themselves, but they didnt. Reselling is as hard as going to grad school. It’s not like money falls from the sky, and we have to be constantly learning and adjusting our business plans all the time. Absolutely, block those disrespectful trolls. They don’t deserve to have their hate seen by anyone else.

OK I have taken a deep breath and calmed down. When listening to this my first reaction was to take a minute and feel sorry for those sad, pathetic jerks and their need to say those things about you - a minute! Then I could feel the anger rising - all my mom buttons were being pushed and I wanted to hunt those arseholes down in their parent's basements and 'discuss' their life choices. It is horrible enough to jump on you for what you pay (sellers do not have to negotiate!) but to question your religion !! They not only crossed the line, they threw the line out! How dare anyone feel they can hide behind their little screens and say things like that. Although we have not met in person, I believe I know enough about you thru your words and actions to feel comfortable in saying you are truly a good man. Kind, thoughtful and very respectful. You show these attributes in every picking video and they feel very natural and genuine, not put on for the camera. Wen growing up, my grandmother used to tell all of us girls to look at how a man treats his mother and animals. This will show his true nature. I am so sorry you have to deal with those people, I guess it comes with 'fame'. But if they do start to get to you, think about all of us who think you are GREAT!!!
Nostalgia. My boys had the little people and the weebles wobble sets when they first came out. They were wooden back then. When they got a few years older, they gave them to their kindergarten teacher. This video brought me good memories. Thank you.

I’m in nz, and your uploads always happen around 3am here. I love it coz I wake that time each day and can wake up with a coffee to you and your scores lol. Bout to watch, coffee in hand , yoghurt in the other, good luck ! I try let ads run too. I sell a bit online (over 5000 feedback) but on a nz site, and don’t garage sale because there’s rarely anything. If I had a van and storage I’d love to collect free stuff advertised and on sell but I don’t and I’m not a big lady to move it all lol
No one needs negativity like that in their life. It still blows my mind that such rude people exist in the world. Why not use that energy to do something productive and encouraging? It was good of you to go back and pay more--but that was YOUR choice. She asked a price, you not only gave her the agreed-upon price but gave her more after. You didn't need to do that, but it was good. We are working, doing what we can to make a living. It isn't always easy. You can make it look easy, but most people have no idea about the time-consuming work and long hours. We love it, but it IS WORK! Anyway, keep doing what you're doing, you are doing a fabulous job! Sorry people are unkind. I recently did a trade on fbmp, never had done one before. I definitely got the short end on it. They got a peavey microbass amp. I'm too embarrassed to tell you what I took for it. They messged me how happy they were after the trade and after I realized how little the value was for what I took in trade. I told them I was happy for them. I did not complain or ask for more. It was my choice to take the trade, my mistake. Gotta accept that. You did an amazingly kind and generous thing to go back and give more money. I really enjoy your videos and am genuinely happy for your success. I also love how you make other people smile. Yeah, personally I wouldn't have gone back and given her extra money. It's a transaction where both parties agreed on a set price. It's not like people go back a year later after buying a house and give the original owner more money because the price appreciated significantly. Some people are so simple minded. They don't understand how the world works. Block em!
Paul no need to let them get to you, what if a non reseller bought the books for their personal collection, then woman would not of gotten extra 100. Resellers get a bad stigma, but if non resellers bought the items doesn't change anything. A seller at a garage sale is not impacted at all whether the person is buying to sell, or keep

I have my little people play house and people and cars from when I was 4. I’m now 60 lol I think 45 was fair to her. Take care.

I’m in nz, and your uploads always happen around 3am here. I love it coz I wake that time each day and can wake up with a coffee to you and your scores lol. Bout to watch, coffee in hand , yoghurt in the other, good luck ! I try let ads run too. I sell a bit online (over 5000 feedback) but on a nz site, and don’t garage sale because there’s rarely anything. If I had a van and storage I’d love to collect free stuff advertised and on sell but I don’t and I’m not a big lady to move it all lol

No one needs negativity like that in their life. It still blows my mind that such rude people exist in the world. Why not use that energy to do something productive and encouraging? It was good of you to go back and pay more--but that was YOUR choice. She asked a price, you not only gave her the agreed-upon price but gave her more after. You didn't need to do that, but it was good. We are working, doing what we can to make a living. It isn't always easy. You can make it look easy, but most people have no idea about the time-consuming work and long hours. We love it, but it IS WORK! Anyway, keep doing what you're doing, you are doing a fabulous job! They're just jelly. I'm happy when we all win 🥰

It's on the people selling stuff to research it! If they sell it too cheap, that is on them! You did a stand-up thing. I don't give people any of the extra money I would make. Most people are too lazy to put in the time like we do. Who cares what other people think, do what you think is right.

Sorry people are unkind. I recently did a trade on fbmp, never had done one before. I definitely got the short end on it. They got a peavey microbass amp. I'm too embarrassed to tell you what I took for it. They messged me how happy they were after the trade and after I realized how little the value was for what I took in trade. I told them I was happy for them. I did not complain or ask for more. It was my choice to take the trade, my mistake. Gotta accept that. You did an amazingly kind and generous thing to go back and give more money.

Yeah, personally I wouldn't have gone back and given her extra money. It's a transaction where both parties agreed on a set price. It's not like people go back a year later after buying a house and give the original owner more money because the price appreciated significantly. Some people are so simple minded. They don't understand how the world works. Block em!

Paul no need to let them get to you, what if a non reseller bought the books for their personal collection, then woman would not of gotten extra 100. Resellers get a bad stigma, but if non resellers bought the items doesn't change anything. A seller at a garage sale is not impacted at all whether the person is buying to sell, or keep

Sorry Paul, you are an awesome guy. Support other resellers, kind to everyone you meet. If the lady at the garage sale was happy to receive what she did then what does it matter?? Those who say they hate resellers must then hate every store they ever walk into right? Because its literally the same. Buy low sell for a profit. They are just jealous they are not capable if doing this for a living. Brush them off, there are more people who watch and appreciate you and your content.

Hi. I am from UK and I watch almost all your vlogs. You should not worry about the moaners. They just wish they had the opportunity to grab the deal. At end of the day the lady did not have to sell the books to you at that price. You did not have to go and offer more money. Just ignore the negativity and enjoy the ride. Stay blessed.
