The Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor opened on April 2, 2007, replacing The Timekeeper in Magic Kingdom’s Tomorrowland. Inspired by Disney-Pixar’s 2001 hit Monsters, Inc., this attraction imagines a post-movie Monstropolis where clean laugh power fuels their city. To keep the laughs coming, Mike Wazowski opens the first-ever monster comedy club, where you and your family can help provide the laughter needed to keep Monstropolis running!
The show uses cutting-edge digital puppetry technology, similar to Epcot’s Turtle Talk with Crush. Live performers bring computer-rendered monsters to life, interacting with the audience in real-time. The 400-seat theater offers a mix of scripted and unscripted comedy, ensuring every performance is unique.
