When the strings come in at the beginning I feel like crying. When the small break in the song happens I start to sniffle. When the strings come back for the reprise my eyes start to water. When the Revelation lyrics begin I just start sobbing.
In a way I feel identified with parts of this song. Even when I haven’t played the game, nor any fire emblem game, I connect a lot with mood and messages of this song. I listen to this when I tend to feel deeply sad, don’t know if it’s good or bad, but it at least allows me to unburden

That song is just so beautiful. [Sniffs] Sorry. I just get so emotional when I hear songs like this. But Azura's voice is just so calming. It's definitely making me feel stronger. Like it's upgrading my strength somehow.
I, thankfully was able to purchase a used copy of Birthright, and from there, purchase Conquest and Revelation before the E-Shop closed for the 3DS. Now I can enjoy stuff like this.
What amazing music (and whole soundtrack in general). It is just a shame it was wasted on a sub-par game with terrible writing that lies in the shadows of both FE Awakening before it and FE Three Houses after it (and even FE Echoes to a certain degree). I truly believe now that Azura should have been the protagonist of Fates, not Corrin

Fates was a perfectly good game. Its story isn't even the worst we've had in this series, can't believe people are still bashing it.
