- This condo has a very homey feel and vibe. Right from the guard house, all the way into the drop off lobby, lift lobby and the facilities floor (which is the ground floor). Probably due to the lush greeneries landscaping near the clubhouse. Or is it because of the pond which has koi fish and also the tortoise? Well, there's a 200-acre forest reserve to explore once one climbs over the perimeter fence at the back of the development.

Instead of the teeny tiny bathroom, they could have just given that space for storage or wet kitchen
Yeah, rather meaningless the bathroom. And the awkward door position swinging in, in the middle, didn't help.

The unit balcony hand rail looks cheap. Others are still ok. The facilities at least better than southlink
Ideal, it should be tempered glass. But this rail isn't too bad actually. The matches the grill that covers the outdoor aircon unit just beside it, has ventilation and allows wind through it. View is also pretty much unobstructed.
Yeah, I read facilities at Southlink not as good. But then again, Southlink is also at a cheaper price point.
The fish pond is so high maintenance and unnecessary, could probably breed mosquitoes too. Should have just put grass.
Yeah, maintenance will be high as this requires a fair bit of labour in maintaining it. At the same time, it's elements like this that makes a place luxurious. I recently reviewed Star Residence Two @ Jalan Yap Kwan Seng, which is within 800m walking distance to KLCC. It had a pool with sizeable Japanese koi, some up to 1 and a half feet.
@@JackChang27 A nice landscaping would be equally luxurious too.
