The case from earlier today
🚑🚨You and your partner for a male party with chest pain. You pull up on the scene and meet 70-year-old John with severe chest pain.
He describes the pain as sudden onset, “like it just hit him out of nowhere like 20 minutes ago.” John describes a tearing pain that moves into his back.
His physical exam is unremarkable, and your partner obtained the following vitals and the ECG on our @masteryourmedics social media pages and in the video:

-BP: 164/86
-RR: 22
-Sp02: 96%
-Temp: Normal
-Glucose: Normal
