I have always had a weak left ankle and foot pain from a heal spur. it makes the joints get out of kink often which then contributes to a weak or short leg side. What can I do? I do sometimes use a band which helps. And I have to stretch my left leg on the floor daily. Ty
I've already been doing all these lately I learned from your videos. Ty sooo much! Makes a difference in how I stand, sit, walk, sleep etc now ..and without pain! It's awesome and I will keep doing them forever!
I had hip cracking sound since 5 days. I felt so sad about it, because I was running since two years, and I don’t wanted to stop running. Yesterday I found your relevant video by chance, I tried it, hip cracking sound disappeared. You couldn’t imagine how happy I am. Thank you so much sir❤
I went to P.T. for six weeks, but didn't get any relief from the exercises that I was taught. They were all to strengthen my core which didn't help. After trying your exercises while watching this short video, I already feel a little better. Thanks, Doc!
When I did that clam thing😂 My tailbone or something start popping and cracking 😮 I froze for a minute thinking I just paralyzed myself lol I guess I needed it Thanks for all your help!!!!❤❤
Thanks for the exercise video for the SI joint. I just found out about severe arthritis on my right side. I'm in great pain and recommended inspection, but I'm hesitant about it.I will try these exercises. Thanks kanak
I am pretty young at 23 years of age But I have had a spinal fusion at 14 years old And my L4-L5 of my lumbar are the only ones not fused and I’ve enjoyed your videos In tough winters like this it helps my pars defect, anterior pelvic tilt, along with my arthritis thank you!
Thank you so much doctor! This instantly relieved my pain! No crack but the stretch was much MUCH more relieving than any crack wouldve done for me! Lifesaver!
22 y/o it’s so thankful for this video… I am hyper mobile… and I subluxed my SI last year and it still hurt badly if I step wrong or run too much… please keep on making videos as I can’t go to the dr every time I sublux 😂

These stretches are great... I fractured my sacrum coccyx joint diagonally in 2006 an I regularly get sacroiliac discomfort. But Omg... The tilt part of exercise 3 has triggered my thoracic spine... Which I injured in 1981! My body liked to fall... 😁
Great exercises! I teach an active seniors chair yoga class. Would love to adapt these exercises for chair. Each member has a yoga mat and a yoga block. Any recommendations or resources are appreciated. Thank you!
I've got Grade 1 anterolistheis of L4 on L5 and its more severe L5 on SI. Been in 4 of 6 wks of PT twice per week for 40 to 90 minutes each time and each morning afterwards and second day after my PT, I have sharp pain in my right SI joint. Doing 30 windshield wipers, 20 alternating knee to chest, and ten pelvic tilts in morning and night but STILL have sharp pain when I pivot leftward. Hoping this helps because my days are Hell on Earth more oftwn than not lately
I currently have Covid for the 4th time. And for whatever reason hip pain is the absolute worst issue with it every time for me. Severe unbearable pain in what feels like my femoral head and buttock. 😭 im going to try some of these
maybe it's just from sleeping elevated? Anytime i have congestion I prop up so I can breathe/sleep. But that puts alot of pressure on my hips. Find Rapid v ir us Recovery Thomas Levy a cardiologist.
Amen. The one chiropractor I've been to that dealt with body mechanics told me to stretch my hips when I needed to strengthen my glutes. Had to go to a massage therapist who knew her business to get back on track
The first time I saw exercises specifically for SI joint pain and relief...! Thank You! I have been dealing with this pain and loss of mobility for decades due to a sking accident in my teens. I will put this into a daily practice and report back my improvements!😊
When you moved to the Long Lasting part (strengthening I guess) that first exercise, your legs are hanging off the table. Can they be done on the floor? I've done similar exercises on the floor, so is that acceptable in this case? I work in a therapy office and could do them at work, if needed. I have been prescribed similar exercises by my colleagues, but I have to say, yours are tweaked just enough that they are better 🤫
Thank you!!Since I have herniated discs and nerve pain and sciatica down my left leg and buttocks from my back, referred pain, I like to work out and do squats can't really do them it's Hit or Miss sometimes I push through the pain and sometimes I just can't deal.. I'm actually on meds for this I'm on gabapentin and duloxetine, how would we do squats? If it hurts do we just avoid it? Because if that's the case I'd never work out again.even body weight hurts.... Like I have commented in earlier videos I've done all the stretches etc they help while doing them only, mostly. I was just wondering if you knew a way to excersise legs or if I just stop? To heal? Or would I ever idk? Iv been this way for 4 years now and it has gotten a bit more irritated and worse feeling! My case is not severe enough for surgery (so they say) but I am in immense pain anytime I get active..can't even sit long honestly..sucks and I love to move. Thank you guys for always answering and making videos.also, what if I have tingling down into my bladder when I do squats sometimes?? :( 😢
Dr. Rowe, can you do one on posterior rotation of the ilium? (Part that sticks out right of the si joint) I only see a couple videos on this with them push the bone part down while lifting the leg up with patient on stomach. Google doesn't have much either.
Hi, not related to this video but what I have is is a severe tight hamstring on one of my legs, I have had this for around 9 months and can't seem to shift it if you would have any advise or video for this?
I don't know if I'm too flexible. And that's why I don't feel the stretch in those areas. But it's a little confusing for me. When I don't feel that stretch. Do you have any advice for someone? Who might be extremely flexible and yet have lower back pain from osteoarthritis.?
Wow, what an incredibly insightful video! 🌟 The exercises for quick and long-lasting sacroiliac joint pain relief are fantastic. It’s great to know that these can be done right at home or even in bed. 🛏🔥 I really appreciate how you break down the movements step-by-step, making it easy to follow along. This kind of guidance is invaluable! 🙌💪 Additionally, don't forget the role of the endocannabinoid system in managing inflammation and overall wellness-just another tool in our arsenal for a pain-free life. 🌿✨ Thanks for sharing such useful content, Dr. Rowe! Definitely subscribing for more. 📈👍 #SIJointRelief #WellnessJourney #EndocannabinoidSystem
Question ⁉️ What does a DC do to diagnose an Arthritis issue as opposed to an up or down Slip in the SI joint? I am also wondering IF SI Arthritis can cause radiating pain down the leg & into the foot, along the Sciatic nerve? THESE are amazing helpful, exercises but the nerve pain STILL goes down my Sciatic Nerve and into my foot, where it can feel like my toes are blowing off!😢 Much thanks!❤️
Suggestion: Could you use common terms in the title for the target areas of our body that you intend to releive? I guess this is for hip & lower back area a slipped joint or pain from a long-standing injury Are you trying to advertise for your clinic or funnnel ppl to seek chiropractic treatment in thier local area? I honestly doubt they are going to know that sacro____ name! much less be able to promounce or spell it in a YT search. thanks.
This video is specific for osteoarthritis of the sacroiliac joint. It's titled exactly how it's supposed to be. Also, anyone that watches my channel knows that I don't advertise my clinic (in these videos), rather I give free information to those in need.
