I have always had a weak left ankle and foot pain from a heal spur. it makes the joints get out of kink often which then contributes to a weak or short leg side. What can I do? I do sometimes use a band which helps. And I have to stretch my left leg on the floor daily. Ty

Been in 4 of 6 wks of PT twice per week for 40 to 90 minutes each time and each morning afterwards and second day after my PT, I have sharp pain in my right SI joint. Doing 30 windshield wipers, 20 alternating knee to chest, and ten pelvic tilts in morning and night but STILL have sharp pain when I pivot leftward. Hoping this helps because my days are Hell on Earth more oftwn than not lately

When you moved to the Long Lasting part (strengthening I guess) that first exercise, your legs are hanging off the table. Can they be done on the floor? I've done similar exercises on the floor, so is that acceptable in this case? I work in a therapy office and could do them at work, if needed.
I have been prescribed similar exercises by my colleagues, but I have to say, yours are tweaked just enough that they are better 🤫

Thank you!!Since I have herniated discs and nerve pain and sciatica down my left leg and buttocks from my back, referred pain, I like to work out and do squats can't really do them it's Hit or Miss sometimes I push through the pain and sometimes I just can't deal.. I'm actually on meds for this I'm on gabapentin and duloxetine, how would we do squats? If it hurts do we just avoid it? Because if that's the case I'd never work out again.even body weight hurts.... Like I have commented in earlier videos I've done all the stretches etc they help while doing them only, mostly. I was just wondering if you knew a way to excersise legs or if I just stop? To heal? Or would I ever idk? Iv been this way for 4 years now and it has gotten a bit more irritated and worse feeling! My case is not severe enough for surgery (so they say) but I am in immense pain anytime I get active..can't even sit long honestly..sucks and I love to move. Thank you guys for always answering and making videos.also, what if I have tingling down into my bladder when I do squats sometimes?? :( 😢

SI Arthritis can cause radiating pain down the leg & into the foot, along the Sciatic nerve? THESE are amazing helpful, exercises but the nerve pain STILL goes down my Sciatic Nerve and into my foot, where it can feel like my toes are blowing off!😢

    Suggestion:
Could you use common terms in the title for the target areas of our body that you intend to releive?
I guess this is for hip & lower back area
    a slipped joint
or pain from a long-standing injury
Are you trying to advertise for your clinic or funnnel ppl to seek chiropractic treatment in thier local area?
I honestly doubt they are going to know that sacro____ name! much less be able to promounce or spell it in a YT search.
    thanks.
