Once I realized you were covering stuff outside of Europe I thought “How cool would it be if he talked about Cahokia?” Blew my mind when you really did! Kudos for picking lesser known places, lots of fascinating stuff here I’d never heard of til today.

As a St Louisan, I was delighted to see Cahokia featured. I live nearby and have visited the site many times. You can still climb to the top of Monk's Mound, the tallest mound in the area. From the top you can see St Louis and the Arch.

It is very, very difficult to find people talking about the future before the 19th century. It makes sense when you consider that the farther back you go, the slower advancement occurs. If you didn't have the perspective of the world ever changing much, you won't be inclined to consider a much different future.

A large Mississippian Caddo Indian town was located on my 300 acre property in North Louisiana not far from the Poverty Point site. It sits at the top and surrounding area of the second highest elevation in Louisiana. We have found thousands of artifacts and have not made the location public yet but it could be one of the largest towns in the southern United States.
