    Paul suffers from Spina Bifida, a condition that presents as weakness in his lower limbs as well as a lack of skin sensation in the legs and around the bottom. This condition cotributed to Paul developing a pressure ulcer on his left leg, which deteriorated signficantly over the lockdown period and ultimately ended with his admission to A&E.
    Following successive operations, intitially to debride the wound and then to apply skin grafts, Paul received treatment via Dolphin Therapy - a unique mattress system that incorporates fluid immersion simulation technology.
