I have used Prima-Finnabair products. For texture I have used Patina and Rust Paste. Also some mini art stones.

Hi, I love your channel, it's giving me a lot of inspiration. Thank you for making and uploading these videos. I was wondering, what do you use to seal/finish your 3D pieces. I made a clock and altered picture frame so far, but the inks come off on my fingers when I touch them again after a few days.
Jen K I have never used inks that comes of when it is dry. There are sprays to seals color or even try a thin coat of hairspray.

Absolutely gorgeous, great job. When you added the alcohol inks it really made it look authentically old. I must use that technique on the bottle my mom wants me to make for her. However, I am wondering where did you find a face? Is it one that you made from a mold or were you able to purchase it? Please, if you could let me know where I could possibly find one it would be really appreciated. Fortunately I have very similar pieces to complete my bottle project. Unfortunately, a face is the last piece I am missing before I can start. So any direction would be great. Thank you for sharing your time, energy and talents. I really do enjoy watching your whole process of your art pieces on video, I have learn’t a lot. You are a true talent to your profession. Hi Kari! I have made the with paperclay and a mould. The mould I have bought from a local scrapstore here in Sweden. I have seen similiar moulds on Amazon and on bakery stores.

I thought you had to put gesso on your medal embellishments before using paint, rust or waxes. Did you do that? This looks great.
Thank you Paula- no gesso here on my metallic embellishments. I CSN use gesso but here I want keep some of the orginal look. If you want to use waxes- then gesso more.
