So when the entirety of man kind is at stake of being thoroughly incinerated by an insane king and his 72 demons, Ishtar “mysteriously” loses the Bull of Heaven. But when she has to fight a rag-tag team of heroes led by a Japanese swordsman, she goes all out and unleashed the Bull of Heaven on them. Not a divine entity (although you could argue for Karna since he is a demigod), but six-albeit capable-mortals. What a useless goddess, sheesh. No wonder Ereshkigal is better.

(Which the final battle is just a heavily weakened version of ishtar and the bull because the event is for beginners) This bull we are fighting is not the same that gil and enkidu fought thousands of years ago. When ishtar became a servant, she lost the bull for good as he was sent back to heaven because his duty was fullfilled, but she never figured that out back in babylonia, only in this event she did. The whole plot of this summer event was ishtar taking advantage of a small singularity to pull a ritual in the form of a race using magical energy, claiming this was an easier way to correct the singularity, but in fact she was gonna summon a copy of the bull using this magic energy. Later she would use the bull to destroy the singularity and kinda erasing it as she promissed, but as mash stated, it would be like using dinamite to remove a ketchup stain, it would leave major damage to history space-time structure. So before the bull could form 100%, we tried to destroy him along with ishtar and revert its consumed magic to restore the singularity, which we later succeeded with the help of quetzalcoatl (lucoa) as she also had great authority in that land because she is also a goddess of venus. Later ishtar was forced to hold a sign that says "worst goddess" just like back in babylonia, and forced to make a contract with us in her rider form. It was either that or some anti-divine punishment back in chaldea. (Maybe martha was gonna slap her defenseless ass or something, we will never know)
I totally agree. Plus Eresh was the cuter goddess in terms of looks and personality. Ishtar was always a thot-ass bitch, no matter how insane her NP gain is.

@@unkindled6410 The bull requires her authority, and also a purpose fit for her legend given she has the supplies, by the time she is summoned the bull had already fulfilled its purpose in the mythos, meaning it can't be brought back as a mcguffin unless she is in the right situatuon to do so.
