During the first week we had observational tests in cookery, painting, drawing, building specific things with building blocks, doing up buttons and zips, and following instructions. Our parents were supposed to have taught us those things (or checked to make sure we knew them) before we started school, and were expected to teach us reading, drawing and maths at home to keep up with school work. This wasn't some posh private school, it was a normal state school. There were only 3 teachers for the whole school, 4 if you included 'Little Ones' (kindergarten, but we didn't call it that back then). @Insym, PLEASE ask the devs to add a Stopwatch. It'd not count as a carried item, but a worn item, like the head gear, so you'd still need to buy and equip it, and it'd be losable on a failed investigation. It'd have its own 2 keybinds. 1 to look, 1 to start/stop (hold to reset). Got 4 unused buttons on console, too. Would go on your wrist. This would let us run smudge timers, hunt timers, etc, in-game instead of relying on external timers. If tracking timing is important in-game, a way to track time should be added into the game imo.
