Hey! Thank you for sharing your experience! It was overwhelming! Can you tell me more about the swimming exam? I am not a good swimmer and I wanted to know Wich kind of exercises they asked you to do please🙂
So emotional video at the end. I really enjoyed this video, it's so strong at all. You should to record more viodes, you're really good at it, but it's your choice. I started to follow you on Instagram, so stories/posts are enough. :D I wish you good luck and safe flights!
Ryanair does the same with the workers than the passengers. In some countries like Romania or Bulgaria, salaries never up more than 1000 euros/month. So, in general, salaries never pass 2000, the best one could be 2 500 if she/he sales (hight sales) on board. Why do you think Ryanair looks for younger people? I think the 50% no has laboral experience. And with that money workers have to pay the rent in the country where they are based, food, even uniforms because Ryanair provides only 2 per year. I think all these people only use Ryanair for 2 or 3 years to have experience and move to another company. Everybody is winning. These younger people, experience, and Ryanair save money with that creeapy salaries. Are really bad the conditions? Yes, I can say yes. The most important prize that a company can gives to the workers is the salary, and here they don´t have it.I can say, is you like a aspirant, want this job (cabin crew) and you could´t enter, you didn´t miss anything. It´s not a big deal. Like a cabin crew, nobody makes career in Ryanair. And then, if you wanna move to KLM, Iberia, British A, big companies, have a Ryanair Resume is not something to be proud.
So first you say Ryanair is the entry level company for young cabin crew members to gain experience, a tough job that deserves a higher salary, but then you say it's nothing to be proud of and other companies won't give value to this experience and formation? Coherence.exe is not running, maybe you should reboot
@@ernodios I thought the same thing. Where should I gain experience from if not from the bottom(Ryanair) since the bigger companies want experienced people?
If your tattoos aren't visible with your uniform on then it won't be a problem. If you have tattoos on your arms you won't be suitable for Lauda Air, which is one of the companies that belong in the Ryanair holding (sorry, I'm not sure if it was at Lauda or at Malta Air) because all their uniforms are short-sleeved, so if you have tattoos on your arms they will take it into consideration
