If you want to check it out, the watch order I'd recommend is: Season 1 -> OVAs 1 through 5 -> Tensura Nikki (slice of life spin-off. Less fighting and more bonding with characters. It's great and sets things up for season 2. Strongly recommended to watch before season 2) -> Visions of Colleus (side story that introduces a few character that will be of importance later ) -> season 2 -> the Tensura movie: Scarlet bonds -> season 3. There's also the manga, which is like 1 and a half story arcs ahead of the anime. If you want to continue, the Light novel is the source material for the manga and anime. Begining of season 3 matches the begining of the light novel volume 7. There's 21 total volumes iirc. A fantastic Isekai. The anime is a bit of a surface level tho. The novels detail the world building and character development A LOT more (stuff like the inner thoughts of characters, why they do the things they do, extra dialogue and a few extra scenes. A lot more detailed description of what happens and where, etc)
