I feel like if you are needing to make a lot of excuses you may be asking too much of yourself and promising too much of yourself to others, as our society dictates. Focus. Life is all about focus. Dedicate yourself to the purposes that YOUR life is about, and to the people who are central to your life. You don't need to give yourself to everyone. You can say NO!
Mate I so agree with that. Burnout Culture was one of my sketched sessions for this year. I really enjoy the Burnout Society. Brilliant. But we also must claim our responsibility in saying 'no' too. And the empowerment of a strategic no ;) You are the best, Richard! txxx
