The judge rightly didn’t let any of that nonsense in the defamation (2nd defamation trial).

A civil judgment is not comparable to a criminal court. The burden of proof for a civil case is much less than a criminal case so jury's decision is mostly opinion, not a fact of law.

I was harrassed and shamed by people. I have ptsd and panic attacks still to this day at 46

You had to read between the lines. She was saying that she didn’t believe the other person was raped because the other woman’s testimony was partially thrown out due to it being incorrect, it was a civil case (which doesn’t really have to be proven beyond a shadow of a doubt the way that it does in a criminal case), and because she joked about what she would do with the money. Why would you be happy after having to retell such a traumatic experience and face your accuser? Besides, if it were you, wouldn’t you want the rapist in jail instead of taking their money? George was ABSOLUTELY trying to box her into a category by implying that she can’t support Trump because (according to George) Trump has been found liable for rape.
