I don't think he's a HOF'er yet, but if he makes a couple more good playoff runs I think he probably will stack up well to HOFers like Steve Young, Phil Simms, Kurt Warner, Troy Aikman or Jim Kelly. Maybe not a first ballot guy, but I think he probably will get in barring a steep decline.
I am not sure he'll get another Super Bowl with the Rams, but if most of the stars stay with the team, and McVay doesn't retire, Stafford will be able to shine and make people realize how good he actually is but was hiding in Detroit for too long.
