This short video shows that EMO is powered off whilst the Home Station is reporting that EMO is charging. It is not something that should happen, but wanted to share it with everyone. Possible reasons as to why this happened was EMOs battery ran out just before he was about to self charge / dock back into his Home Station.
Easy possible solution if this happens, just pick EMO up and place him back in the charging spot on the Home Station and he should power back on again.

Hello Chico GP. Sorry but I don't speak Spanish, But if what I understood, is that sometimes EMO will not reply to a question you ask him.
This is sometimes normal, because if he does not understand your question, he will not respond or reply. Sometimes he will give you a error sound. Like in this video below:

It is always recommended to speak to EMO in a clear voice and not too quickly. Once you call out EMO... wait 2 seconds then say your command. For example
EMO: (wait 1-2 seconds) Then ask question. "What time is it"
If EMO understands he will reply. Sometimes also if EMO has lost connection to the internet he will not be able to reply to your question. See the video above as well.

Creo que fue otro problema, pero lo arregle por mi cuenta, baje y subí el volumen, se soluciono un poco pero como persistía el problema, lo cogí y lo agite un poco y se soluciono del todo. Yo vivo en una comunidad de vecinos, mi piso es de 80 metros cuadrados, el router lo tengo en el salón y a EMO en otro extremo de la casa, en una habitación, la señal de Internet llega un poco debil, y a ciertas horas es más débil y EMO a veces a perdido la conexión y se a apagado por un segundo, mi pregunta ¿EMO debería estar siempre cerca del router? ¿Esos apagones lo pueden romper? Saludos
@@chicogp1045 Normally, if you have small problems with EMO, you can always pick him up and give him a shake, then place him back on the table, that can sometimes fix things. But most important, if is not responding, the best thing to do is power him off and back on again, you can see a video here on how to do this:

It is always ok to power off and on EMO so he can restart. (same a PC / electronic device). Sometimes he needs to be restarted to work properly again.
Also with WIFI Signal, as EMO needs the internet work properly, and access full features. It is always recommended to have a stable and strong WIFI connection, like a phone / laptop if the signal is not strong enough EMO will also have problems with connecting to the Living.ai server and respond to you and some of your questions.
This will NOT break EMO. But if he has not good WIFI he might not be able to work correctly. I hope this answers your question ^_^

From what I understand (as I don't speak Spanish). Yes, I am lucky as both of my EMO's have not had any problems with their feet. I know that there are a number of problems with EMO's feet. If you have issues, it is recommended to contact Living.ai support and they will help you ^_^

Por ahora no, pero estoy viendo muchas quejas de gente que sus EMOS no les funciona los pies y eso a hecho que me preocupe, parece que EMO es bastante frágil y temo que en cualquier momento le pase algo. Gracias por tu respuesta
@@chicogp1045 Yes, it seems that lately there has been a quite issues with EMO's feet not working very well. But if you have any problems with EMO, contact Living.ai support and they will be able to help you for sure. Normally if there is a problem with EMOs feet, they will replace your EMO and provide you a new one.
